HCA ANNUAL MEETING – The HCA Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2026 at the Roberts Centre
in Wilmington, OH. It will begin at approximately 5:00 PM EST after the conclusion of judging and a Zoom seminar. The meeting will be broadcast, via Zoom, for HCA members who wish to attend remotely.
Remote attendees, via Zoom, may speak upon being recognized by the Recording Secretary. If voting is required during the meeting,
only members present, in person at the meeting, may vote.
